Former Employee - Interpreter says

"Poor support from management. Facing serious IT issue and could not continue the shift but the management insist to continue and said Dismissal due to IT issue is not accepted. Late salary pay and does not do what they promised on contract"

Engineering Technician says

"laid off without warning. team was also let go without warning. sucked!"

Former Employee - Systems Engineer says

"Got laid off in middle of a work day. kelly services dropped the ball on not only me but my whole team."

says

"Terrible management. Quick to verbally abuse employees and throw them under bus for the smallest mistakes. Top heavy. Managers are hand picked friends not promoted because of their skills. HR refuses to get involved with manager issues. Will not invest in the needs of the employees making them money. Many times I reported my computer did not work and the company would not fix it. Told me I still had to get work done when 100% of my job was on a computer. No vision. It was the absolute worst job I have ever had. If you want to grow and enjoy your work do not come here."

says

"Management cares very little for employees. In a day when employers care for employees Kelly ocg is still operating under outdated rules. Management lies to their staff routinely"

Former Employee - Recruiter says

"It's WHO you know. It's Man-ruled work environment. Lack of diversity and no desire to promote diverse employees. Low pay. Micromanagement. HIGH turnover."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"Absolutely no growth and recognition for performers They dont have much clients to cater Very low pay masters in the market They took 8 months to settle my FNF"

Former Employee - Market Rate Analyst says

"No overall site manager or HR presence in the Telford site. The team leaders only report to their superiors by Skype calls, so they can behave with impunity, which they do regularly. I was treated appallingly and would discourage anyone from working here. Very US centric, and little to no opportunity for progression. Pay is at the very low end of what should be expected for a role like this. Not a true analysis and reporting role as your figures are expected to meet expectations in spite of what all your research suggests."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"No money at all, no opportunity to grow."

Technician (Former Employee) says

"The young female operations manager who hired me, apparently didn’t like my work performance. Stated that I wasn’t the right “fit”. Felt disappointed that she hired me; but then I lost my position with my previous job because I took the technician cleaning/disinfection position. Now I’m out of work & KellyOCG don’t give a you know what. So I have nothing positive to say about this company."

Field Service Technician II (Current Employee) says

"Company will not look after the best interests of their employees. Their main concern is to only make the Sponsor happy. Manager is paid by hiring and does not take in consideration what the job needs by an experience level."

Operations Manager (Former Employee) says

"poor appreciation and recognition for your hard work and great sacrifice. Worked an average of 25 to 35 hours overtime with no compensation whether through pay or comp. time. Any and all issues where never address and you basically had to fend for yourself with no support from the Kelly OCG management team.noncompensation for work performed was substandard"

DRP/ASR Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"I worked with some great people but the management was not the greatest and did not have a problem with letting you know you were not valued."

Desktop Test Technician (Former Employee) says

"The Kelly OCG site manager did not have the skills required to be an efficient site manager. He constantly lied to our faces and had no trouble making promises he knew he could not keep."

Recruiting (Former Employee) says

"Former Employee.. bad management, no work/life balance no advancement.. I wasted 5 years of my life with this company.. Salary is not measured by your performance. Terrible... n/a (Former Employee) says

"If you have experience working from home and call center, you can try to apply to this company, but if you don't have any "Troubleshooting" experience, but have extensive PC AND MAC knowledge they will see you as unfit for this position and lock you out. You will not past there "online" evaluation."

Senior Recruiter (Former Employee) says

"My experience with Kelly was not one I would like to repeat. I didn't receive support from my Director. She seemed to be in over her head. She lacked direction and integrity. It the end, the company determined they couldn't fulfill the contract with the client and left me behind. The client notified me of this and asked me to stay to help. I was and still am deeply disappointed in Kelly."

Sourcing Recruiter (Former Employee) says

"It's not the best company for work/life balance. It's not the best company for management loyalty. Most of the manager's I worked with claimed to have experience but it was not evident.nonelack of overall management experience"

Recruitment Logistics Specialist (Former Employee) says

"I spent 9 months working at KellyOCG in there Budapest Hub. Me and my colleagues were told that we would be able to work from home however the American managers never allowed us to do this all work was completed to a high standard but we was never allowed this benefit, the position was to support a client in America and so there was no requirement for us to be in an office. The American leadership is highly micro managing as treated us as idiots. At one point asking if we know how to drag and drop a document to upload it to the company sharepoint"

Contract Virtual Recruiter (Former Employee) says

"My first contract went well, though I was expected to work over eight hours per day without overtime. My second project was a horror show and the first time I've ever experienced age discrimination.Working virtuallyAge discrimination"

Vendor Management Specialist (Former Employee) says

"Doesn't value internal employees and technology is not updated. Leadership was unqualified and internal teams are not cohesive. The pay was okayLack job stability"

Stability Evaluator (Current Employee) says

"From the minute you arrive on site, the work never stops. No time for breaks or lunch. High volume workload, pull stability samples for testing, enter new studies in LIMS system, unpack shipments, download temptales, prep samples for shipment to other sites for testing.Lab staff are great to work withNo breaks, no lunch, referred to as just a resource"

Operations Manager (Former Employee) says

"Contracting of external resources to a Bio Science operation Attending to program's system Compliance to program's guidelines Addressing labor related issues with appropriate channels Managing the production of the program Reporting and analysis of program's performance Quarterly presentations. I was very fortunate to have a highly committed group of co workers who were truly committed to client. It is the most important take away of this experience. Hire right to guarantee program performance. Biggest challenge was maintaining program performance in a very dynamic operationExperience in a Bio Science operationPolitics and contracting were challenging"

Lab Technician II (Former Employee) says

"If KellyOCG HR/Management decides they want to get rid of you they just give you a pay raise and then tell you they no longer need you. They have your lead tell you out in the middle of the parking lot when it 28 degrees fahrenheit out. Don't every allow you to get your own personal things. I loved my job but the way I was treated by KellyOCG HR/Management was rude and unethical. I gave them my all and they didn't even offer me different position, reassignment somewhere else."

Sr. Vendor Management Specialist (Current Employee) says

"I previously worked for Kelly for 7 1/2 years, and now that I am back, I see major change. The company is not the same as it was before. Pay schedules have changed, benefits after you leave are different. I am not pleased with how the company has changed and would not have returned had I known this beforehand."

Candidate for Hire (Former Employee) says

"I was recently interviewed for a position in which the 1st interviewer was pleased with my experience and told me that the 2nd interviewer would be contacting me to move forward in the process. However, the second interviewer sent me a rejection letter via email. I'd like for the recruiters to be on the same page to avoid sharing misleading information with candidates."

S.O.P / ISO-TS Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"Management will need to be changed, starting with the OP Supervisors need to enforce all policies and procedures Supervisors need to be hands on and out with the employees Training for all new employees, Competitive wages for all employeesNone"

Technical Recruiter (Former Employee) says

"When I first learned about the position, I applied and within minutes offered a verbal over the phone. The training thereafter was disorganized. I was there for only a short while (6 months). The managers are no seasoned nor do they have any management prior experience. The "boys" club mentality was obvious. Well into a few months, several (34 recruiters) left KellyOCG due to being mislead on raises, promotions along with overall culture. Being new, I was observant and as more time into the role - it became apparent that that the elementary style of management was obvious. No team collaboration. Hourly was mis-quoted to me prior to getting on-board. Zero support from management (If you ask, they will assume the worst). Not a good company with tremendous turnover. Diseased from internal but will soon realize that they need to change the dynamics. Too many people left with unfavorable experiences.None - that I can think of.Pay 40 hours, work actually 60+ hours weekly. No OT allowed."

Talent Acquisition (Former Employee) says

"Very passive aggressive management. Poor to no understanding of current best practices in the industry. Compensation is well below market. The only good takeaway was learning the limits of what one will put up with to stay employed with this sub par "body shop" in a depressed job market.what more can i say..."
