"Terrible management. Quick to verbally abuse employees and throw them under bus for the smallest mistakes. Top heavy. Managers are hand picked friends not promoted because of their skills. HR refuses to get involved with manager issues. Will not invest in the needs of the employees making them money. Many times I reported my computer did not work and the company would not fix it. Told me I still had to get work done when 100% of my job was on a computer. No vision. It was the absolute worst job I have ever had. If you want to grow and enjoy your work do not come here."

"No overall site manager or HR presence in the Telford site. The team leaders only report to their superiors by Skype calls, so they can behave with impunity, which they do regularly. I was treated appallingly and would discourage anyone from working here. Very US centric, and little to no opportunity for progression. Pay is at the very low end of what should be expected for a role like this. Not a true analysis and reporting role as your figures are expected to meet expectations in spite of what all your research suggests."

"If you have experience working from home and call center, you can try to apply to this company, but if you don't have any "Troubleshooting" experience, but have extensive PC AND MAC knowledge they will see you as unfit for this position and lock you out. You will not past there "online" evaluation."

Me and my colleagues were told that we would be able to work from home however the American managers never allowed us to do this all work was completed to a high standard but we was never allowed this benefit, the position was to support a client in America and so there was no requirement for us to be in an office. The American leadership is highly micro managing as treated us as idiots. At one point asking if we know how to drag and drop a document to upload it to the company sharepoint"

They have your lead tell you out in the middle of the parking lot when it 28 degrees fahrenheit out. Don't every allow you to get your own personal things. I loved my job but the way I was treated by KellyOCG HR/Management was rude and unethical. I gave them my all and they didn't even offer me different position, reassignment somewhere else."

"When I first learned about the position, I applied and within minutes offered a verbal over the phone. The training thereafter was disorganized. I was there for only a short while (6 months). The managers are no seasoned nor do they have any management prior experience. The "boys" club mentality was obvious. Well into a few months, several (34 recruiters) left KellyOCG due to being mislead on raises, promotions along with overall culture. Being new, I was observant and as more time into the role - it became apparent that that the elementary style of management was obvious. No team collaboration. Hourly was mis-quoted to me prior to getting on-board. Zero support from management (If you ask, they will assume the worst). Not a good company with tremendous turnover. Diseased from internal but will soon realize that they need to change the dynamics. Too many people left with unfavorable experiences.None - that I can think of.Pay 40 hours, work actually 60+ hours weekly. No OT allowed."
